My practice looks at the ways desire, power, and intimacy are shaped through images and spaces. I'm interested in visual storytelling, especially moments that feel paused or unresolved. I often work with empty or in-between spaces and manually manipulate images to think about what's left behind when the body is removed or obscured. These spaces can feel like places of waiting, labour, or control, and they often hold a sense of presence even when no one is there. I'm also interested in manual intervention and repetition as a way of questioning how images of the female body are made, circulated, and looked at. I'm drawn to stillness, ambiguity, and absence. Rather than offering clear answers, I want the work to sit in that uncertainty and encourage viewers to reflect on their own role in looking, desire, and voyeurism.
